Covid-19 Studio Policies & Procedures
As the COVID-19 pandemic is an evolving situation, at InForma Pilates, we take all the proper precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and instructors.
All the equipment is sanitized before and after each class. Clients are encouraged to bring their own mat for in-person classes.
Face coverings are required at all times. All of our instructors will be wearing a mask and/or a face shield.
Studio Policies
- Registration is required.
- All packages must be used before their expiration dates (90 days from purchase).
- All Pilates sessions are 55 minutes in duration.
- Reservations are required for all classes. Classes/sessions must be pre-paid to make a reservation.
- 24-hour advance notice required for cancellation of sessions and classes.
- No credits or refunds on any packages or services.
