Pilates for Kids
InForma Pilates is committed that your child has a safe place to have fun and expand his/her health and well being. Pilates for Kids is a weekly mat class open to kids between 8 and 13 years old. (Max 5 kids per class)

Guidelines to Maximize Class Time
- We begin class on time. We strongly recommend that children come prepared for class by avoiding large meals two hours prior to class.
- Please have them bring a water bottle to class. Hydration is important while exercising. We encourage water consumption throughout the class.
- Each class builds on the previous class. Make every effort to avoid missing sessions. If you know you will miss a session, let us know as soon as possible.
- To help the students remain focused, we recommend you wait outside the studio while class is in session. We encourage you to ask your children about their experience after class.
